How Do I place an order?

Step 1. Find a product -Select size, color & quantity etc.- Click "Buy Now";

Step 2. Provide shipping address;

Step 3. Select a method for payment-enter the payment information, card info. for instance- Click "Confirm";

Step 4. Apply coupon if any-Click "Place Order".

What is refund policy?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at Giftstore.enquiries@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

How do I make changes to an order I've already placed? 

You cannot make any changes, once the order has been placed. You can contact the seller directly, and if the order hasn't been shipped they might be able to help you make changes.

 

How do I return goods? 

Step 1: Please contact seller to reach an agreement, and get the return address from seller;

Step 2: pack the goods with original package to make sure that it won’t be damaged in transit;

Step 3: Mail the goods with a tracking number 

Step 4: Send tracking number to seller
